• You understand that Hero AI is powered by third-party AI (OpenAI) and may produce inaccuracies (“hallucinations”).
   
• You agree to verify all information independently before relying on it.
   
• LegalGuideHero expressly disclaims liability for any outcomes based on use of the Site or its Materials.

4. Intellectual Property; User Content

• Our Materials: All Site content and Hero AI outputs are owned or licensed by LegalGuideHero. © 2025 LegalGuideHero. All rights reserved.
   
• Your Content: You retain ownership of anything you upload. By uploading, you grant LegalGuideHero a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, display, and distribute it in connection with our business.
   
• AI-Generated Works: All outputs generated by Hero AI are the exclusive property of LegalGuideHero and may not be used or distributed by you except with our written permission.

5. Fees & Billing

All fees for paid products and services are processed by LegalGuideHero through third-party payment processors on behalf of our parent company, Bravesons, Inc. Your credit-card or bank statement may display “Bravesons” (or a variation thereof) as the billing descriptor. You agree to pay all fees in a timely manner.

6. Refunds & 30-Day Guarantee

1. Contact support within 30 days of purchase.
    
2. Provide a brief explanation of why the product did not meet your expectations.
   LegalGuideHero reserves the right to deny refunds that it deems fraudulent or abusive.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALGUIDEHERO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PRIOR TWELVE MONTHS.

9. Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions

• Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved by confidential binding arbitration before JAMS in New York County, New York.
   
• No Class Actions: You and LegalGuideHero each waive any right to participate in a class action or representative proceeding.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms and any claims related to the Site will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.

11. Severability & Waiver

If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right will not constitute a waiver.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post the revised Terms with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
